Come on in and enjoy Mama's Table. We did!

Rightly named, feels like we're served like family by Mama! We came in with our grandkids, 2 and 6 year olds. A Party of 7, we all enjoyed our time together and the food couldn't be better. They gave us everything we needed and asked for and all with a smile. Admittedly, we're a bit raucous, but it feels like our server just loved having us there and enjoyed seeing us having a good time together. How sweet!

Hubby's chicken fried steak was tender with real homemade gravy. My eggs florentine came just the way I like it, no English muffins and lavished with a double portion of their great homemade hollandaise. Kids were thrilled with their happy face pancakes and bacon.

As we were leaving I noticed their well appointed and expansive outdoor seating area.

Mama's table has been highly recommended to us by our family. So glad we finally made it and looking forward to going back!

Not sure why this place has 4 stars. The food is horrible as is the customer service! I got an oatmeal and French toast. The oatmeal wasn't cooked and was very hard. The French toast had no flavor and their syrup packets were extremely watery ! Gross!

No one came to our table after dropping the food to check if we needed anything . So I could have at least swapped the hard undercooked oatmeal for something else.

I don't recommend this place at all !

A friend recommended coming here so we met up with a group on Saturday morning.
First impression of this place was 'home cooking' and it was apparent that there were a lot of regulars here. I personally ordered the eggs Benedict and it was delicious. My husband got the French toast and was satisfied. Everything is definitely fast paced and prices were decent. The service was good but due to the volume of people, the servers didn't linger at all.
      It's worth a second visit.

The pancakes and side of eggs were good but if you want maple syrup they don't have it. If you don't care about your health, go ahead and put those chemical packets on your cakes. They have high fructose corn syrup. But yes the pancakes and eggs were cooked well but if I can't even get a substitute? So if you don't want chemical adds to your food like; the creamer, the fake syrup, coffee with pesticides then don't go here. But if you don't care about your health, the go here. They could at least offer the healthy substitutes.

Pancakes and a side of eggs.

Today's visit to Mama's Table was disheartening. Despite a commendable effort from my server, her name was "New," who was apologetic and replaced my burnt meal, the overall management was lacking. I felt ignored by a possible manager(the lady with the bob and glasses), who failed to acknowledge my repeated attempts to get assistance, while my waitress was clearly overwhelmed with other tables. This experience has left me questioning a return visit to Mama's Table.

I love supporting a local breakfast place! Came on a Sunday morning and there was plenty of seating and the friendliest wait staff ever. I believe our waiters name was Darren and he was lovely.

Our table got pancakes, French toast, Denver Omelette, and the Eggs Benedict. Everyone said their food was good and it came out pretty fast! Even my toddler ate his food which is very rare these days so that's a win in my book.

Plenty of parking in the lot. Hours are 8am to 3pm everyday. The ambiance is a bit older looking, but this place has lots of charm. I loved it!

      Loved everything about this place!
Environment was super friendly, the staff was welcoming & everything was HOT! when it was placed on our table. Food was so good - I got a BLT with fries. The fries were definitely my favorite part.
Hubby got chicken fried steak & said it was one of his top 5 favorites. Our buddy got a french dip & his gf got waffles. 10/10 recommend for a family early breakfast or brunch.
So many options to choose from on the menu. definitely will be back to try other items out.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because our waitress was all over the place & seating was tight.

You've gotta love a one-off local breakfast restaurant with a fun name, the friendliest staff, and a nice alternative to the chain breakfast spots and diners that dot the land. If only the food had been better to round out the experience.

My son and I had breakfast here while my car was being worked on nearby. It's a seat yourself first-come-first-serve kind of place which, I guess makes it easier for them, but does create a little bit of a Mad Max / Everyone for themselves kind of atmosphere when it's full and many people are hovering over the dining areas waiting to swoop in on an almost available table.

The coffee was not good. Weak and definitely in the "browned water" category. Coffee is the foundation of a breakfast restaurant, and if you're serving weak joe at a place like this, it's time to re-evaluate what you're doing altogether.

Navigating the menu is easy enough...it's nicely designed...but there are so many upcharges for everything. You kind of get the sense if you want a different work, there will be an extra fee for that.

I had a Vegetable and Cheese Omelet made with egg whites (upcharge.) Despite all the ingredients included, there wasn't a whole lot of flavor to this and the egg whites were overcooked.

I had a biscuit for my bread option. They drench these in oil or butter and fry them on the grill before bringing them to you, completely eliminating the flakey biscuit-ness of the biscuit which came overwhelmed with the flavor of the grill. This was easily the worst biscuit I've had and after a couple of bites I couldn't finish it.

The home fries I had it with were good. Easily the star of the meal (but the bar was low.)

My son had French Fries and a Cinnamon Roll. He liked the fries, so if you're coming here potato-forward, you're probably in good shape. The cinnamon role, however, was very dry and he couldn't finish it either. (How rare is it for a kid to not be able to finish a dessert like this?)

We also had a side of fruit which included watermelon, cantaloupe, oranges, two kinds of grapes, and strawberries. This was a nice variety of fruit and a fairly generous portion compared to what we've seen other places The oranges, grapes and cantaloupe were good. The watermelon was just slightly past its prime, and the strawberries were a bit sour.

The best part of the experience was our server who was very attentive and super-sweet. I wish the food had lived up to the vibe she brought to the table.

There are plenty of other breakfast places to go to in the Santa Clarita Valley...it'll be a while before we give this one another shot.
